Returns

Unopened, unused products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

For hygiene reasons we can't accept returns on opened lip products or on lashes once the packaging seal is broken.

Something arrived damaged, wrong, or defective? Email hello@steadyglowunshaken.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll replace it or refund you — your choice, no return shipping required.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.
