How long does shipping take?

Most orders leave our fulfillment partner in Texas within two business days, and arrive within three to seven business days after that. You'll get tracking by email the moment it ships.

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes — all of them, with no exceptions and no “except this one shade.” No animal-derived ingredients, and no animal testing at any stage.

Are the lashes reusable?

Yes. With gentle cleaning after each wear, expect up to fifteen wears from a pair. Remove adhesive from the band carefully rather than pulling — the band is what wears out first.

Do I need to patch test the lash adhesive?

We recommend it. Apply a small amount to your inner arm 24 hours before your first use. Adhesive is for the outer lash line only — never the waterline — and you should stop using it if you notice any irritation.

What if a shade isn't right for me?

Tell us. Unopened products can be returned within 30 days for a refund. If you've opened it and it genuinely doesn't work, write to us anyway — we'd rather solve it than lose you.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. We're US-only while we're small, and we'd rather do that well than do everything badly. Join the list and we'll tell you the day that changes.
