This policy explains what we collect when you shop with Steady Glow Unshaken, why we collect it, and who else sees it. We've written it in plain language on purpose.

What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, shipping address, billing address, and phone number if you give us one. When you browse the site we collect standard device and usage information — browser type, pages viewed, and similar — through cookies.

We never see your full card number. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments; your card details go directly to them and are not stored on our systems.

Who else sees your information

This is the part most policies bury, so we'll be direct about it.

• Shopify hosts our store and processes payments.
• Our fulfillment partner receives your name and shipping address so they can pack and ship your order. They cannot use your details for their own marketing.
• Shipping carriers receive your address to deliver the parcel.
• Our email provider receives your email address if you subscribe.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Marketing email

We only email you if you asked us to. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and using it takes effect immediately.

Your choices

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@steadyglowunshaken.com and we'll respond. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA or GDPR; we'll honor those requests regardless of where you are.

We keep order records as long as we're required to for tax and accounting purposes, and no longer than necessary otherwise.

Cookies

Our store uses cookies to keep your cart working and to understand how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser settings, though the cart may stop working if you do.

Children

This store is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top. Material changes will be announced on the site.
